Data we process

For guest access, we process your name, arrival and departure dates and the email address you provide. To secure access, we process security codes, technical log data in shortened or hashed form and login timestamps. When the house rules are acknowledged, the related booking, the acknowledged version, language, time and a verification record are stored.

Purpose

The data is used to match the guest clearly to a booking, secure access by email code, provide information about the stay and document acknowledgement of the house rules. No advertising or analytics tracking is used.

Cookies

Only a technically necessary session cookie is used so that login and the guest area function correctly. Marketing or analytics cookies are not used.

Retention period

Records of acknowledgement are retained only for as long as necessary for evidentiary and statutory obligations.
